The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

We offer a range of flexible working practices, including hybrid, part-time and flexible working patterns. With our network of offices across the UK, we are open to discussing working options that match your needs, with the flexibility to change how you work as your life evolves.

What you will be doing:
  • Leading the delivery of highway construction programmes, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Managing construction activities to minimise disruption to the travelling public while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Overseeing the deployment and performance of site management and supervisory teams, embedding a "right first time" culture.
  • Managing programme delivery, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring across multiple projects.
  • Working closely with clients, design teams, operational teams, and key stakeholders to deliver agreed project outcomes.
  • Reviewing construction methodologies and delivery solutions to improve efficiency, safety, and customer experience.
  • Supporting commercial performance through effective management of project costs, valuations, and contractual commitments.
  • Driving continuous improvement by reviewing project performance and sharing lessons learned across the business.
We want to hear from you if you have:
