Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with complex systems
• Experience shipping systems to production and end-to-end ownership
• Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ across full stack
• Ability to own ambiguous problems: scoping, prototyping, shipping, and measuring
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving cross-team initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of our computer vision and tracking domain from sensor readings to metrics
• Lead and mentor a small team (1–2 engineers), setting priorities and reviewing designs
• Train, optimize, and deploy neural networks for real-time segmentation on embedded hardware
• Extend tracking and motion analysis to support new movements
• Ensure reliability by analyzing tracking accuracy and building quality metrics
