As a Principal Civil Water Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in water/wastewater treatment, storage, supply, and collection systems within Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects domestically and internationally.

Our expertise spans all aspects of water treatment across various sectors, not only within Water but also supporting our wider Infrastructure Division in Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:

• Lead a team in technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards in design processes.

What you can bring:

• Chartered Civil Engineer qualification.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary design delivery.
• Knowledge of water and/or wastewater treatment, storage, hydraulics, and collection systems, with familiarity with UK standards and practices.
• Experience with digital analysis tools such as HADES, Infoworks, EPANET, following relevant guidance.
