Job summary

American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer for the Longbridge office in Birmingham. You will lead the design and delivery of infrastructure for residential and commercial developments, while mentoring engineers and building key client connections.

The role requires strong highways and drainage design knowledge, proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and WinDes, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in civil infrastructure design, especially residential development.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of highways and drainage design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WinDes (or equivalent design software).
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership advantageous.

Responsibilities
