Qualifications

• Significant experience in business transformation, operational excellence, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to solve cross-functional business challenges and deliver improvements.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Experience implementing automation or system improvements to reduce manual work.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a global matrixed org without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes to remove inefficiencies and create scalable workflows.
• Apply structured analysis and financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
• Capture and document processes, ownership, and SOPs using AI and productivity tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through automation and system enhancements.
• Lead transformation initiatives from idea through delivery with clear ownership and timelines.
• Collaborate across departments and regions to ensure adoption and embedding into operations.
• Establish clear ownership and governance for improved processes and measurement of success.
