Blink Charging is seeking a high-impact Principal – Business Engineering & Transformation to drive global business improvements. You will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders across functions and regions to design scalable processes, automate workflows, and embed sustainable change.

Strong analytical, financial modelling, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualificações

Experience in leading cross-functional transformation programs across large organizations.
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured, practical solutions.
Experience collaborating with technology teams to deliver technology-enabled improvements.

Responsabilidades

Analyze and redesign end-to-end business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and create scalable ways of working.
Solve complex problems using structured analysis, financial modelling, and systems thinking for strategic decisions.
Capture and document processes, ownership models, standards, and SOPs using AI and productivity tools.
Identify opportunities to improve performance through automation and system enhancements with cross-functional teams.
Assess and prioritize transformation opportunities based on impact, cost, risk, and adoption likelihood.
Lead transformation initiatives from idea through delivery with clear ownership and governance.
Collaborate across departments and regions to remove obstacles and embed improvements.
Establish ownership and accountability for improved processes with defined success measures.
Monitor adoption and data quality post-implementation and take corrective action.
Champion practical AI applications to boost productivity and decision-making.
