AND Digital Limited is seeking a senior engineering transformation leader to drive large-scale legacy modernisation and cloud migration across complex environments. You will shape engineering operating models, ownership structures and delivery roadmaps while developing credible business cases for investments.

Qualifications

Senior engineering transformation leadership experience in complex environments.
Experience with large-scale legacy modernisation and cloud migration.
Understanding of platform transformation and AWS migration patterns.
Experience designing engineering operating models and leadership structures.
Ability to develop credible business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps.
Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Delivery and Enterprise Architecture.
