Job summary

Dex is partnering with a team building AI software that transforms unstructured sensor data into real-time operational intelligence. You will own backend architecture, tackle intermittent connectivity, and drive RFCs for secure, reliable fleet operations in real-time environments.

You will work across disciplines to ensure graceful degradation, mentor peers, and push technical direction beyond single-team boundaries. The role demands strong leadership in platform engineering and systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Own architecture and technical direction for backend systems.
• Define solutions for intermittent connectivity and resource-constrained environments.
• Drive RFCs for fleet coherence and trust boundaries in unsecured networks.
• Ensure graceful degradation and reliability in real-time, high-stress settings.
• Mentor and help unblock other teams across domains.

Responsibilities
