Job summary

Dex is seeking a hands-on engineer to join a small, product‑led team shaping an AI-driven platform from day one. You will own the problem space, define solutions, and ship features rapidly in a TypeScript environment.

You will collaborate directly with founders and users, driving the product from conception through delivery. You will influence architecture and strategy while building robust AI workflows and scalable backend capabilities in a fast‑moving startup setting.

Qualifications

• Experience driving product direction at an early-stage startup.
• Proven ability to scale full-stack TypeScript projects in production with backend depth.
• Hands-on experience building or customizing AI workflows and LLM-powered systems.
• A user-first mindset translating real-world problems into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction from user problems, owning the what and why.
• Ship production features within the first week where possible.
• Build and scale AI agents and LLM-powered systems with advanced workflow automation.
