Job summary

DWS Group in London seeks a Principal Auditor to join the Internal Audit team as the third line of defense, delivering risk-based assurance across the asset management business. You will lead audit engagements, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

You will leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance audit efficiency and communications with senior management, contributing to a robust control environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or MBA.
• CFA, CIA, FRM or other equivalent professional certifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate internal controls and perform end-to-end audit coverage.
• Participate in local and global audit engagements, primarily in London/UK.
• Draft high-quality audit reports and track issues to closure.
• Communicate findings effectively to management and stakeholders.
