Job summary

DWS Group is seeking a Principal Auditor in London to join its Internal Audit team. You will evaluate internal controls, lead audits across locations, and deliver high-quality reports. The role requires strong communication, project management and the ability to leverage AI responsibly.

Experience in asset management or financial services, and an MBA or economics degree are preferred. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Audit experience at asset manager or audit firm.
• MBA or degree in Business Administration or Economics; CFA/CIA/FRM advantageous.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Independent and proactive working style with analytical skills.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to leverage AI responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control environment.
• Participates in local and global audits, mainly in London.
• Draft high‑quality audit reports and track issues.
• Support risk‑based audit planning using analytics.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate results at all levels of the organization.
• Occasional travel within the UK.
