Hoare Lea is looking for a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer to join the Bournemouth office. You will lead design delivery on complex building services projects, coordinating internal teams and external consultants, and representing the firm at client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Mechanical Engineer or in a closely related role.
• Understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical services.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary environment with strong communication with clients and teams.
• Experience using Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead design role on significant and complex building services projects, owning design delivery from inception to completion.
• Act as technical lead, coordinating Hoare Lea's delivery team and liaising with other disciplines and external consultants.
• Represent Hoare Lea at client and project meetings, ensuring technically excellent and timely delivery.
• Develop client relationships to support future business growth.
