The Opportunity:

Depending on your experience and seniority, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Electrical Design and delivery of multiple projects from concept through to completion.
• Managing, mentoring and developing Electrical Engineers, encouraging technical excellence and professional development.
• Taking responsibility for project delivery, resource allocation, budgets and profitability.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients, Architects and fellow Consultants.
• Delivering innovative, technically robust and commercially viable Electrical Engineering solutions.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the business through client relationships and new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive Electrical Building Services Design experience gained within a Consultancy environment.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of relevant design software, including AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
• Excellent communication, project management and client-facing skills.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing Engineers, particularly for Associate-level applicants.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership, depending on experience and seniority.
