The role requires hands-on development, strong full-stack and SaaS expertise, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while delivering high-scale AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic transformation and define architecture, guardrails, and patterns for AI agents to automate and scale development.
• Remain hands-on to code, prototype, and architect agent workflows as needed.
• Own security, quality, scale, and performance of Belfast hub products in collaboration with global teams.
• Oversee cloud architectures, designs, and delivery on AWS.
• Influence architectures, designs, and standards for the global product team.
• Drive AI-driven innovation and create roadmaps focused on automation.
• Support talent recruitment, mentoring, and growth for an agent-driven ecosystem.
