Job summary

JPMorganChase within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) AI/ML Data Platforms Team provides deep engineering expertise to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.

You will lead cross-functional teams, set standards for responsible AI and governance, and drive adoption of advanced development practices while ensuring reliability and performance across critical services.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Demonstrated experience leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use and governance in engineering workflows.
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

• Advise and lead on strategy and development of multiple products across portfolio.
• Create novel code solutions and drive production code capabilities across teams and functions.
• Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC tools to automate at scale.
• Translate complex technical issues to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Build and operate 24x7 tier-1 online services.
• Influence across business, product, and technology teams; manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Serve as go-to subject matter expert.
