The Recruitment Experts is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a prime central London estate agency, based in Marylebone. You will lead the residential sales operation, win instructions, negotiate offers and push transactions through to completion.

• Proven experience in London residential sales, ideally within the prime market.

• Ability to manage complex transactions and demanding client expectations.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to growing a sales business.
