Aspire People are currently seeking dedicated Autism Specialist support staff for a Primary school in the Northfield area.

This role involves 1-1 support with a Primary Child with Autism.

They require Learning Support Assistants to develop and nurture positive relationships.

To be successful, you will need an empathetic nature, resilience, and the ability to use your initiative; health and safety procedures and the welfare of the children are paramount.

Previous experience is advantageous, as the role requires patience and understanding.

If you have a passion and desire to help children with additional needs but lack experience, we are open to your application on an individual basis.

Aspire People is committed to improving education for SEND children in Birmingham, supporting local Special Needs Schools in finding suitable staff.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Ideally a qualification in Support Teaching and Learning (not essential)
