Job summary

Desian Education seeks motivated Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary schools in the St Helens area. Roles cover both full-time and part-time positions with immediate and upcoming start dates.

You will work closely with teachers, delivering classroom support, small-group interventions, and help with resources and displays while promoting pupil engagement and welfare.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in schools, childcare settings, sports coaching, youth work or similar environments.

Do you have a passion for supporting children within education and helping them thrive both academically and personally? We are currently seeking motivated and caring Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the St Helens area.

Whether you have previous classroom experience or have worked with children in another setting, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils throughout their educational journey.

The Opportunity

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and school staff to provide valuable support both inside and outside of the classroom. Every day will be different, offering the chance to work with children across a variety of age groups and abilities.
