Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, PLMD/SEN or other learning needs.
• Calm, patient, empathetic approach with strong communication.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH, PLMD, SEN and additional needs.
• Support learning, communication and emotional regulation within the classroom.
• Adapt lessons and activities in collaboration with the class teacher.
