The Consortium Trust is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for Yoxford and Peasenhall Primary School. The role involves supporting learning under teachers, providing one-to-one support where needed, and helping pupils overcome barriers to reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Grade C/4+ level of Numeracy and Literacy.
• Basic level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with class teachers to support learning and development.
• Provide one-to-one support for individual pupils as needed.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Support children to overcome barriers and flourish academically and personally.
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and GDPR requirements.
