Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Ashford-on-Thames (TW15). The role offers a choice of full-time or part-time hours and focuses on supporting pupils’ learning, behaviour, and development in a safe, inclusive setting.

You will work with experienced teachers to deliver engaging activities across early years and key stages, with opportunities to support pupils with SEN and speech/language needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school, nursery, or educational setting.
• Support children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Safeguarding awareness and child-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist class teacher with engaging activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and independence.
• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2 and those with SEN.
