Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support in a Nursery class at a Primary School in Ipswich, starting ASAP. The mornings-only role runs five days a week, 8:15am to 11:45am, during term time.

The successful candidate will have previous TA experience and GCSE English and Maths at grade C or higher, hold eligibility to work in the UK, and be prepared to register with Prospero Teaching as part of the onboarding process.

• Position - Teaching Assistant
• Contract or position start date - ASAP
• Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing booking
• Contract type - Long-Term
• Full time/part time - Full time
• Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £50 per day
• Hours - 8:15am- 11:45am : Mon - Fri (term time only)

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous TA experience
• GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
