Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a UK primary school (placements accepted).
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable).
• Hold Right to Work in the UK and provide two references.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across the primary age range.
• Assist with behaviour management and pupil engagement.
• Support pupils with tasks and activities as directed by the teacher.

Teaching Assistant - Burnham-on-Crouch - ASAP Start

Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a warm, supportive primary school in Burnham-on-Crouch, starting ASAP. CONTRACT DETAILS

• Location - Burnham-on-Crouch
• Position - Teaching Assistant
• Type of work - Classroom support
• Start date - ASAP
• Duration - Ongoing / Long-term
• Full time/part-time - Full time
• Rate of pay - £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)
• Hours - 08:30am - 15:45pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting children in a UK primary school (placements accepted)
• Relevant TA training or qualifications desirable
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued within the last year (desirable)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER ELIGIBILITY

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• Provide two professional child-related references

OTHER INFORMATION

The successful candidate will be required to register with Prospero Teaching.
