Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant in Mansfield to support the class teacher and help deliver engaging lessons. You will work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and assist pupils with additional needs, contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

The role values teamwork, effective communication, and patience, with DBS checks required or in process. Competitive daily pay reflects experience and placements vary.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children (school-based preferred)
• Holds a TA qualification or equivalent (desirable)
• Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic about education
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Holds enhanced DBS on update service or willing to obtain

Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Ideal Candidate

• Has experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience preferred)
• Holds a relevant TA qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
• Is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about education
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
