Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to join our growing network across the Mansfield area, with immediate opportunities available. We offer day-to-day to long-term roles in partnership with Greenwood Academies Trust and local schools.

We provide free CPD, weekly PAYE payments, and dedicated recruitment support to help you secure the right position, with opportunities across Mansfield Primary and partner academies.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., CACHE) or equivalent.
• Able to assist teachers with delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Support small group interventions and 1-to-1 pupil progression.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Work collaboratively to support student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons in a classroom.
