Preshute Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant with Midday Supervisory Assistant responsibilities. The post is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with 20 hours weekly for TA and 3 hours weekly for MDSA, term-time only.

Qualifications

• Experience of de-escalation and restorative justice within school.
• Calm, patient and good sense of humour.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, positive and adaptable.
• Ability to engage and motivate children and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Supporting children in general classroom practice as well as at lunchtime.
• Running intervention groups.
• Supporting small groups and children 1:1.
• Supporting pupils’ self-esteem, inclusion and behaviour development.
