Job summary

Burton Bradstock CE Primary School is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a combined role: 25 hours as a Teaching Assistant and 5 hours as a Midday Supervisor, with two separate contracts.

The post is fixed-term (11/02/2026–31/08/2027); hours per week vary by role, with TA 39 weeks and MS 38 weeks. Closing date 15 October 2026; interview week starting 2 November 2026. The school values safeguarding and inclusive education, and DBS checks will be required.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across the school.
• Work with pupils including those with Education Health and Care Plans and SEND.
• Create a safe, calm lunchtime environment as Midday Supervisor.
• Be a reliable team member and uphold safeguarding standards.
