Job summary

Manor Fields Primary School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant & Midday Meals Supervisor to support pupils in our Specialist Resource Base and mainstream areas. This role blends classroom assistance with midday supervision to promote learning, wellbeing and development throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing.

• Experience with children with additional needs or willingness to develop skills in this area.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support and contribute to children's learning in the Specialist Resource Base.
• Assist with lunchtime supervision and encourage positive social interactions.
• Support pupils from both specialist and mainstream settings.
• Help develop independence and social skills during the school day.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture and participate in professional development.
