Job summary

Protocol Education is working with Brentwood primary schools to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for ongoing and flexible roles. You will support learners across various year groups, providing targeted SEN support and helping pupils gain confidence and independence within a warm, safeguarding-focused environment.

Applicants should be prepared to engage in intervention sessions, build positive relationships with students, and collaborate with school staff.

• Supporting pupils across the classroom
• Providing SEN support including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
• Building positive relationships with pupils
