Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in Harlow. You’ll deliver 1:1 SEN support and small-group interventions, helping learners overcome barriers and boost confidence in their education.

Experience with children is essential; SEN experience is a bonus. Roles are flexible, with long‑term and permanent opportunities and dedicated consultant support throughout your journey.

Qualifications

Experience working with children
Patient, supportive and proactive
SEN experience would be a bonus but isn’t essential

Responsibilities

Support children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Deliver 1:1 SEN support and small group interventions
