Job summary

Leigh Academy Hundred of Hoo Nursery is looking for a motivated Early Years Assistant to join our team. You will work across our rooms, supporting the learning and development of 2-3 year olds in a dynamic, high-energy setting.

We offer a caring, supportive environment with a skilled team and opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications. The role is fixed term and term-time, 35 hours per week (8am - 4pm).

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification to comply with staff:child EYFS ratios.
• Shortlisted candidates will be asked to bring evidence of their qualification to interview.

Responsibilities

• Work across all rooms, supporting 2-3 year olds and adapting to individual needs.
• Foster curiosity and support rapid developmental milestones in a safe, stimulating environment.
• Contribute to a nurturing setting with a well-established key person system and partnerships with parents.
