Job summary

TeacherActive seeks a committed Primary Teaching Assistant for schools in Cleethorpes. You will support pupils across EYFS/KS1/KS2, delivering general classroom assistance, small group work and 1:1 support under the direction of the class teacher.

The ideal candidate has experience in a primary setting, a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable), and strong communication with a patient, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Strong communication and a patient, adaptable approach to support learners.

Responsibilities

• General classroom support under the teacher's guidance.
• Work with small groups or provide 1:1 support as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
