Job summary

Simply Education is recruiting KS1 Primary Teaching Assistants for day-to-day cover, full-time, part-time, short-term and long-term placements in and around Sleaford from September 2026.

Successful candidates will have experience in education or with children, a Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable), and a patient, adaptable approach. You will join a supportive team and gain access to CPD training and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is essential.
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential with suitable experience.

Sleaford | £85 - £102 per day

Simply Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated KS1 Primary Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities, including work on a basis of day-to-day cover, full-time, part-time, short-term, and long-term within welcoming and supportive primary schools in and around Sleaford from September 2026.

What We're Looking For?

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is essential.

• Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential with suitable experience).


• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
