Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Primary LSA to work across Bradford's mainstream primary schools on a flexible day-to-day basis, with potential for long-term and permanent roles. You will support pupils across the primary age range, assisting the class teacher with learning activities and providing individual or small-group help where needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
• Experience working with children within a primary school or similar setting.

We are looking for a Primary LSA to work on a flexible day-to-day basis, with opportunities for long-term and permanent positions within our schools. The successful Primary LSA will support pupils across the primary age range, assisting the class teacher with learning activities and providing individual or small-group support where required.

The successful Primary LSA will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• Experience working with children within a primary school or similar setting
• Experience supporting pupils individually and in small groups
• Strong communication skills
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability
