Role & Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom.
• Work with groups of children and occasionally on a one-to-one basis as required.
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all children.
• Respond to children's individual needs consistently.
• Assist in lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments.
• Deliver catch-up sessions.

Requirements:

• Relevant childcare qualification at Level 2 or Level 3 or above.
• Recent experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND, within the past two years.
• Passion for education.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work under the guidance of the teacher.
