Job Description:

We are seeking experienced early years Primary School Teaching Assistants who are eager for a new challenge and wish to join a strong team in local schools in your area.

Whether your background is in Nurseries, Phonics, or SEND, we want to hear from you!

As an EYFS Learning Support Assistant, you should be an outstanding team member with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Level 2 or above childcare or TA qualification, or Degree Qualified/Similar
  • Experience working within schools at EYFS level
  • Confidence in your role
  • Ability to provide quality support to teachers and pupils
  • Experience in small group work and individual support based on teachers' planning
  • Ability to think on your feet
