Job summary

I C Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND across various primary year groups in the Rushton area. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) with an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate will have strong SEND experience, be patient and nurturing, and able to provide effective 1:1 and small-group support alongside teachers and other staff.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to work in a school in the Rushton area, supporting pupils across different primary year groups.

Part-time position, 4 days per week, with an ASAP start available.

Location: Rushton area

Days: 4 days per week

Hours: Part-time

We are looking for a caring, patient and experienced Teaching Assistant with strong SEND experience who is confident supporting children with a range of additional needs.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working as a Primary Teaching Assistant
• Have strong SEND experience and be confident supporting pupils with additional needs
• Have experience working across different primary year groups
• Be able to provide effective 1:1 and small-group support
• Be patient, nurturing and encouraging
• Have a good understanding of supporting children’s social, emotional and educational development
• Work well alongside teachers and other support staff
• Be reliable, adaptable and committed to making a positive difference
