Job summary

I C Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND across various primary year groups in the Rushton area. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) with an ASAP start.

The ideal candidate will have strong SEND experience, be patient and nurturing, and able to provide effective 1:1 and small-group support alongside teachers and other staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant.
• Strong SEND experience to support pupils with additional needs.
• Experience across different primary year groups.
• Ability to provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Patient, nurturing and encouraging.
• Reliable, adaptable and committed to making a positive difference.
