Job summary

Simply Education Ltd is seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to support children's learning in Mablethorpe and surrounding areas. Roles range from day-to-day cover to long-term placements, including full-time and part-time options from September 2026.

Ideal candidates will have experience with children and hold Level 2/3 TA qualifications (desirable). You will join a supportive team with access to CPD training, a dedicated consultant, and a refer-a-friend scheme. Competitive daily rates apply.

Mablethorpe | £85 - £102 per day

Simply Education is currently recruiting a range of passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants in Mablethorpe and the surrounding areas for a range of opportunities, including work on a basis of day-to-day cover, short term, long term, full-time, and part time from September 2026.

What We're Looking For?

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is essential.
• Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential with suitable experience).
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for education and child development.
