Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to support learning in Manchester schools from September. You'll work with teachers to deliver engaging activities, support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, and help create inclusive, positive learning environments.

This role offers flexible day-to-day and longer placements across trusted partner schools, with competitive rates and strong consultant support.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children is desirable.
  • School or classroom experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
  • Confidence supporting pupils individually and in groups.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
  • Reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

I'm currently recruiting for passionate and reliable Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Manchester. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work, a short-term placement or something longer term, I can help you find a role that fits what you're looking for.
