Qualifications

  • Support pupils during lessons and independent activities

  • Encourage positive behaviour and good learning habits
  • Support classroom organisation and preparation
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
  • Promote pupil wellbeing, confidence and independence

Primary Teaching Assistant - Rochdale

Are you a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children learn, grow and succeed? I'm currently recruiting for enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Rochdale. I have opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply to short-term and longer-term placements, giving you the flexibility to find a role that works for you.

About the School

You'll be joining a supportive Rochdale primary school that places a strong emphasis on creating a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment for its pupils. The school values teamwork and strong relationships between staff and pupils. You'll work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and feel confident in the classroom.
