Job summary

Aspire People is currently recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support a range of schools across West Yorkshire. This is a full-time, long-term role in the same school, with competitive pay and dedicated consultant support available 24/7.

Ideal for graduates or Level 2/3 TAs, SEN TAs, or those seeking classroom experience. Positions cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with opportunities to gain experience in different schools and year groups.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working with children in a school or nursery setting.
• Hold a degree in Primary Education or similar background.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one).
• References to cover the last 2 years.
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude; strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
