Randstad UK is seeking Primary Teaching Assistants to support learning across West Sussex and Surrey. Roles are flexible, with full-time or day-to-day options and guaranteed weekly pay.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost literacy and numeracy, while collaborating with teachers and using a booking app to manage shifts.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proven experience supporting primary school-aged children in an educational, early years, or youth environment.
• Solid foundational knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• A patient, approachable, and proactive communication style.
• The ability to build positive, professional relationships with diverse groups of pupils and staff.
• An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or readiness to complete one promptly).
