Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work across Cardiff and surrounding areas. Join a friendly team and support pupils in diverse primary year groups, enabling confident participation and readiness to learn.

Opportunities are available on a flexible basis, with DBS and Wales EWC registration required or willing to register. Right to work in the UK and two professional references are needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
• A patient, supportive and adaptable approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Confidence supporting pupils with different learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning in the classroom.
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.

The Role
