Job summary

Aspire People Limited in the Boston (PE22) area is recruiting Teaching Assistants on a flexible basis to support pupils across the full primary curriculum. Roles include day-to-day classroom support and potential 1-1 assistance.

You will work with teachers, support students with needs, maintain a safe learning environment, and assist with materials and resources. Placements require DBS checks and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential within the UK.
  • A genuine interest in working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Basic administrative and organisational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable but not essential.

Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join us very soon on a FLEXIBLE basis in the Boston (PE22) area.

Our schools are looking for a person/s to provide effective support to their pupils across the full primary curriculum on a day to day and long-term basis.

There are currently multiple opportunities available on both a full and part-time basis and if required may include elements of 1-1 support depending on needs.

Key Responsibilities
