Job summary

Supply Teachers – Primary Teacher in Worthing and Surrounding Areas is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to provide KS1 and KS2 support, helping pupils overcome behavioural barriers and fully engage in learning.

The role offers a competitive salary (£130-£150 per day) and opportunities for ongoing CPD, with safeguarding checks required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or behaviour support setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic safeguarding procedures knowledge.
• Desirable but not essential training in behaviour support, SEN or childcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide KS1 and KS2 teaching support and help pupils engage in learning.

Are you passionate about supporting children to develop positive behaviour, resilience, and confidence? A primary school in Worthing, East Sussex is seeking dedicated Primary Teachers to provide KS1 and KS2, helping the pupils overcome behavioural barriers and fully engage in learning.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or behaviour support setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Relevant training in behaviour support, SEN, or childcare is desirable but not essential
