What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
• A genuine passion for primary education.
• Willingness to learn, reflect, and work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education).
