Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking passionate Primary teachers for City Centre Liverpool based Primary schools for the rest of this academic year. Roles are available on both part-time and full-time bases.

Experience as a Primary school teacher with QTS and a valid DBS is required. You will join Tradewind Recruitment to access exciting new teaching opportunities across Liverpool.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Primary school teacher.
• An enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• A CV that must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Undergraduate education degree or a degree in any subject and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Fluent level of English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver appropriate, high-quality learning for assigned pupils.
• Maintain knowledge of national, council and school curriculum guidance.
• Create and maintain an organised and stimulating learning environment.
• Employ a range of teaching styles to meet the needs of learners.
• Assess, record and report on the work and progress of pupils.
• Advise and guide pupils on matters related to their education.
• Promote and safeguard the health, welfare and safety of pupils.
• Promote positive relationships and behaviour.
• Work in partnership with parents, support staff and other professionals.
• Self-evaluate and continue to develop professional knowledge, understanding, skills and expertise through engaging in appropriate career long professional learning.
• Any other duties that may reasonably be considered as part of this post.

Education
