Successful candidates will teach across year groups, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils to achieve their full potential within two trusted academies known for high expectations and strong school cultures.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum.
  • Teach pre-planned lessons for day-to-day cover or plan and deliver lessons for longer-term placements.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement in line with school policies.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders.
  • Adapt confidently to different school settings, year groups, and pupil needs.

Contract: Casual / Fixed-Term (as required)
Working Pattern: Full-time and Part-time Opportunities Available
Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by agreement)

About the Role

Beckfoot Trust and Dixons Academies Trust are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Primary Teachers to join our pool of supply staff for both day-to-day and long-term teaching opportunities across schools in Bradford.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within two highly respected trusts, both known for their strong school cultures, high expectations, and commitment to delivering exceptional education for all pupils.
