Beckfoot Trust and Dixons Academies Trust are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our supply pool in Bradford. Successful candidates will teach across primary year groups, deliver engaging lessons, and adapt to different school settings.

This casual/ fixed-term opportunity offers day-to-day and long-term cover across multiple schools, with flexible patterns and competitive rates based on experience. A strong commitment to pupil progress and positive learning environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, resilient, and proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum.
• Teach pre-planned lessons for day-to-day cover or plan and deliver lessons for longer-term placements.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement in line with school policies.
• Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and senior leaders.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings, year groups, and pupil needs.
